Arrival time- anytime after 1pm
Departure time- anytime before 12pm midday
You will not be allowed on site if you turn up early.

Deposits of 25%, of the total balance, will be taken when booking holidays totalling more than £50. The balance of payment will be made on arrival, by cash or card.
No refund will be given if you cancel your holiday in the two weeks before your holiday.
Should you choose to leave early for whatever reason, then a refund will not be given, unless we re-let your pitch. You can extend at any time during your stay, subject to availability, and extensions must be paid for in full. Please note you may need to change pitch if you chose to extend your stay.

Persons using Goss Moor Touring and Camping and its facilities, do so entirely at their own risk. Goss Moor will not accept liability for the loss of or damage to persons and/or property, or accommodation or amenities becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
We advise all customers to take out travel insurance before any holiday.

In the instance of behaviour detrimental to other guests, visitors, staff or property, those deemed responsible by the management will be asked to leave the site. Detrimental behaviour includes, but not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions, vandalism, inappropriate use of the site, anti-social or disruptive behaviour, any discrimination against, or harassment for reason of sex, race, colour, religion, religious or philosophical belief, nationality, age, ethnic origin, relationship status, disability, sexual orientation or gender re-assignment. No refunds will be made.
This is a peaceful, quiet campsite for the enjoyment of nature. Please keep noise to a minimum before 8am and turn music down by 10pm and off by 11pm. Noisy visitors who disturb other guests will be asked politely to leave, without refund. If you are out for the night and arrive back late, please leave your car in the designated parking area on return.

Any accidents or incidents must be reported to Goss Moor Touring and Camping owners immediately.
There are a number of hazards on-site, including water in a stream bordering our fields, which has deep silt in places, customer traffic and farm traffic. Children must be supervised at all times, and are not allowed to climb onto/into the hedgerows, trees, fences or buildings.
Please do not go into any of the wooded areas and pick branches off the floor or snap them off the trees, we are trying to keep the surrounding areas as natural as possible for wildlife.
The site speed limit of 5mph should be adhered to at all times. No driving is permitted around the site between 11pm and 6am, except in emergencies. The owners of any vehicle not taxed and/or MOT’d will be asked to leave immediately.
Use of barbeques and fire pits are allowed at Goss Moor Touring and Camping, but customers must comply with the guidance provided upon check-in, governing their safe usage, and responsibility towards the site.

Recycling is important at Goss Moor Touring and Camping, and customers will find waste/recycling bins at the entrance to the site, with clear instructions on recyclable materials. All recyclable rubbish should be sorted. That means CLEAN and separated into glass and mixed dry recycling and place them in the designated bin. What is left, ie. only items that are not recyclable, can be placed in the landfill bin. Please place any rubbish bags in the bins, and do not leave on the ground next to the bins. Do not place any items other than general household waste, no camping items, in the bins. See full list attached to bins. Anyone found to be disposing of non-general household waste or dry mixed recyclables, on the site, will be asked to leave or charged £20 if we have to dispose of any bulky waste.

You are welcome to have visitors during your stay, but in the interests of security and safety, they must register be with management before arrival, and depart the site by 10pm.

We are a dog friendly site. Well behaved, friendly dogs are welcome to the site. All dogs must be kept on their leads at all times, no exception. Please use the poo bins provided.
